this is a great overview of the 16 types theory
If you're interested in the 16 types, this book will help you understand how they interact with each other. There are also many books on the individual types that are more detailed.

really good overall BUT
I strongly recommend this book!! But I want to clarify that without some general knowledge of the book the audio version can be hard to follow. As you miss certain visual concepts. That's why I highly recommend to read this as a book cover, not with audio.
