Should be more light hearted

Storyline is too slow. Protagonist is kinda boring. The religious hierarchy the goddess creates is kinda nonsensical or doesn't have much meaning to the plotline. The religious themes are not interesting. i.e. An eye for an eye, or live by the Golden rule or similar would be interesting. you get to see the benefits and consequences of such an approach and how the goddess changes her mind when everything goes not how she expected it. Instead it's kinda vague and wordy. The antagonist is also boring and ineffective.

Narrator good though.

Really Enjoy It

First Book i listen to with a Female Lead, and Hannah Schooner was amazing, i really enjoy it, the Voice acting from Hannah and Giancario was great , cant wait for book 2!
