Helpful, Accurate and Informative
Gives great insight on ways to improve your confidence and/or present confidence in difficult situations.
There are a few chapters I will share with my young son as they relate to people of all ages.

Countless awards
This book has won countless awards and constantly gets mentioned by people, for a very good reason. I have had this on paperback for the past two years and loved it but I admit the audiobook version is even better.
I like to go back to this book regularly, listening to sections when I need quick help with my self esteem, confidence, communication skills etc.

I liked that this book was written and narrated by a female.
