Not what I hoped for

Too nasal like the narrator has a cold? Too dramatic/ robotic and I’m not loving the echo.

Beautiful Affirmations and Lovely Music

This meditation has lovely affirmations and the music is relaxing. The echo was an interesting addition. For me, the meditation was too busy with the affirmations keeping me thinking instead of relaxing and falling asleep. Nice deep voice from the narrator.

voice is too distracting to sleep

the voice of the narrator is too dramatic and over pronounced. I can't possibly sleep for giggling.

Way too cosmic

Wow. Bizarre. The narrator seems to stereotype some psychedelic tripster from the 60’s, or a science fiction novel.

Not relaxing

More distracting then sleep enhancing, too many effects. His voice sounds too ‘tried’ almost artificial.

What’s with the echo?

This gets one star for being comical. I am… disappointed. Every affirmation has an echo. This isn’t relaxing at all!!

Yuck.

I couldn’t even listen to this. Painful. Glad I didn’t pay for it. I think maybe it was the tone of the narrator. Very unpleasant.

Not a soothing narration for sleep.

The main narration is almost booming, which is startling as you are trying to fall asleep, and the very quiet echo makes you want to strain to hear it.

Not conducive to actual sleep.

Also many of the “affirmations” are quite condescending when you actually process the words.

Don’t listen if you are a new mom. Or a woman in general.

Very Distracting

I actually spent too much time trying to figure out what the echo sounds were rather than just relaxing. The reader’s voice is definitely not conducive to helping someone who wants to truly utilize this modality.

My go-to sleep meditation

If I ever find my mind wandering too much, I listen to this sleep medication. I fall asleep before the end and sleep like a baby.
