The life of Jesus offers each one of us a map to the direct realization of our eternal and divine nature. On Resurrecting Jesus, Adyashanti excavates the deep, mythic underpinnings of the Gospels to show how we can all find in the story of Jesus the spark for our own spiritual unfolding. Jesus crossed all of the boundary lines that separated the people of his time because he viewed the world from the perspective of what unites us, not what divides us.

For those who are seeking a path of simplicity, not bound by the trappings of spiritual practice, Adyashanti brings a fresh and humble approach to Zen wisdom. "Don't think that awakening is the end," teaches Adyashanti. "Awakening is the end of seeking, the end of the seeker, but it is the beginning of a life lived from your true nature."

In their first full-length audio-learning program, Adyashanti and Mukti present six sessions to help each of us - whether preparing for or currently in a relationship - to realize and honor this connection, to protect it, and to begin to move, speak, and act in alignment with the love that lives all of us.

We've been taught that awakening is difficult, teaches Adyashanti, and that to wake up from the illusion of separation takes years. But all it really takes is a willingness to look into the depths of our experience here and now. In this refreshing "non-meditation" session, Adyashanti invites you to let go of all techniques, even the concept of yourself as a meditator, and just let everything be as it is.

"So many of us hold a deep belief that we were born unworthy," reflects Adyashanti, "inadequate, unlovable, and alone." But what if, in truth, we weren't put here to pay penance, change our karma, or "fix" ourselves? What if we chose to be here because we so loved the world that we poured ourselves into it - to make it whole again, to restore "the hidden divinity amid the disaster"? With Healing the Core Wound of Unworthiness, we're invited to entertain that possibility.

What would happen if you were to allow everything to be exactly as it is? If you gave up the need for control, and instead embraced the whole of your experience in each moment that arose? In the 14 years that he studied Zen, Adyashanti found that most seasoned meditators had used the practice as a means to a goal they never reached.

practical guidance in Zen Meditation
Practical guidance in Zen meditation with specific and direct functional activity to follow. Adyashanti is a teacher who clearly knows how to train in his professional method. this is a doing process. letting everything be as it is might suggest doing nothing. It really depends on what happens when you let everything be as it is. definitely a suck it and see process.
