Great leadership book then and now.

This was a solid leadership book when it was released in the late 90’s and the content is as relevant today.

Great short story on improving work culture

The narration was well done and the story was well done. Short and simple, however it could use a little more depth on the principles mentioned in the book as it’s not so easy to implement the strategies unless you do have authority within your organization.
