Life Changing
Finished it in a few days. It is a book with practical advice backed by scientific proof. Following the advice in this book can turn a bleak life to a positive life.

Speed it up!
Almost didn't buy because of the feedback about the narrator, and yes she is most definitely a (very good) AI robot, but I listened to this at 1.5x to 1.8x speed and it was tolerable and almost not robotic. Glad I gave it second thought! Great book, will buy more from this author.

Really poor audio quality, could not listen to it
I was unable to listen to the book because of the poor audio quality. It is a computer generated voice and really unpleasant. Do not download.
