A straight guy gives gay hookup tips to a virgin. What could go wrong?
When I first met Whit, I couldn't get away from him fast enough. He's a hockey player, and I hate everything to do with the sport that broke my heart.
But I can't help feeling sorry for the guy. He's newly out and desperate to meet someone, but his eagerness seems to scare potential hook-ups away.
Agreeing to be his wingman should've been simple. Watching him flirt with other guys made things complicated.
Whit challenges me in every aspect of my life, from my hatred of hockey to the new questions I'm asking myself. Like why a straight man suddenly can't stop thinking about kissing another guy.
I think the answer lies somewhere on Whit's lips....

an engaging story
it's important to have dreams and goals and if you meet someone along the way that's good too
except for meeting someone this book challenged me to look at mine

Awesome book!!
I love this book!! Excellent narration. Loved the characters and their growth. A fantastic HEA!! I think there are lots of parts to this book that are very relatable. This is a good series!!

Sweet, heartfelt, and oh so seggsy!
New Review! Headstrong (Vino and Veritas #3) by @finley.eden as narrated by @thevoiceoftimpaige and Iggy Toma
This is a re-read for me, I absolutely LOVED this title the first time around and was aiming for another comfort listen. I love a great v1rg1n mc tale, and this one has a fantastic bi awakening to boot. Eden Finley is a quality wordsmith so I’m never disappointed!
TL: DR Whit is about to finish college and jump into working on the family farm, but worried about graduating without losing his v-card as a baby gay. He’s supposed to have a ton of game as a starter on the Uni hockey team, but he doesn’t have any queer friends so he goes to the only queer bar he knows of, Vino and Veritas where he meets his old uni hockey hero Rainn (and happens to assume he’s gay too!) but after hitting on him and getting turned down he finds out the hunky hockey bóy is actually str8 and he has to hit on everyone else to fix his problem.
Rainn soon takes pity on the oversized hockey playing puppy bóy, and befriends him, giving him guidance on how and who to hit on, while accidentally becoming his “str8 boi” wingman except as time passes and they become closer, he’s less str8, more jealous, and certainly more aroused around Whitt.
And whats a kiss between friends anyway? Whitt said he’d never had a gay kiss, and he couldn’t let that stand.
So things get out of hand real quick and Rainn is “not str8” and he’s suddenly very much in love with his golden retriever boyfriend™️and going to a wedding with him and having a meltdown about their “future”
The angst doesn’t last long, and is soon soothed over with hot spice and delicious feels. This is a very cute, humourous and heartwarming romance that I could listen to over and over since both men are total dorks who love each other but who are also dead seggsy.
