I recommend this book!

My OBGYN recently told me that I have endometriosis. Although it was comforting to get a diagnosis, I discovered that the only option she gave me was medical management, including hormonal birth control, pain medication, and other drugs that have too many side effects. After learning that surgery was not an initial option for me, because I'm not "trying to get pregnant", and learning that endo pain returns after surgery, I was looking for natural remedies to manage this chronic disease. This book was informative, encouraging, simply-put, and engaging. I will definitely read it again and incorporate these natural treatments.

Bad audio quality

The book itself is okay. But the reader makes so many mistakes she kept correcting herself while reading. You can tell the reader is not professional and the audio quality is so bad. I would rather buy the actual book.
