Caution! Not designed well for audio!
I really like the content of this book but it is not designed well for audio at all! The chapters are not named or categorized in any way. There is no way to look up a specific body issue. If the chapters were named or organized in any way and there was some way to navigate this book, I would love it. As it is Right now, regret buying it.
