Life changing!
This book has helped me feel understood for the first time. I am not looking at myself as someone who is just broken and that needs fixing,but as someone who needs to give themselves understanding and compassion. This book goes way beyond telling you to have a warm bath in you are stressed and want to overeat.
I can feel myself changing and healing from the inside out.
