About this listen
On the day we choose our wedding rings, my fiancé vanishes into thin air.
My fiancé brought me tea and scrambled eggs in bed that morning, and we snuggled together, talking about buying our rings, and about our perfect wedding next year.
Then we headed into town. He held my hand and gazed at the ring I liked best, a smile spreading slowly over his face. Then a glass of bubbly to celebrate. I felt flushed, excited and ready for the rest of my life with the man I loved.
We race to get on the train home. It screams to a halt and I run towards its open doors. Made it.
I think he’s right behind me — but when I turn around, he’s gone.

Had me guessing
Was good but perhaps a bit slow. Twister right at the end. Overall enjoyed it.

The Ending was terrible
Listen, personal preference, I know but I hate bad endings. The ending was terrible, and left me feeling sad and depressed. I wasted all that time waiting for Eve to have the happiness she deserved and justice only to be robbed.

Excellent performance
I really enjoyed this audiobook. This is not a genre I would usually go for, but the story was engaging and the reader/narrators were excellent.
I would definately recommend this audiobook even if the genre isn't your thing.

It drew me in.
The performance was great. It was a bit longer than needed but I find most books that way. It kept me guessing until the end although I had an idea early on that played out differently than I thought however. I kind of understand the ending but would have rathered one that came fully to a 'written' end not a do it yourself as you like.

Great book, un predictable!
Loved it from beginning to end. Got me hooked. The end is not what I was expecting but still it was a very good listen.

Disturbing ending
The book begins strong with an intriguing premise and compelling characters, but the middle drags with slow pacing. The surprising ending takes a bold, unexpected turn, but its unhappy resolution may leave readers divided. While it has its merits, the uneven pacing and somber conclusion make it a mixed experience. Please rewrite the ending.

I liked it
I found this story quite interesting and twisted. But at some point it was predictable. I wish to read more books by this author. Narrators did a good job. If you like “women” psychological thriller you probably would like

Awful ending
It was really no satisfactory conclusion to this book. I don’t expect books to be wrapped up neatly in a little bow, with a happy ending, but this feels as if the author didn’t really know how to end it so just drop the story! I feel cheated after listening for 10 hours waiting for something to come to a conclusion

Somewhat predictable
The main character was self-centered and the story was predictable. Also the ending was lame
