good
loved the book from beginning to end. Full of facts and information as well as solutions on how we can prevent/resolve the issues caused by giving kids access to smartphones

I listened to about over an hour of the book and so far the author moans about his divorce , being a bad father and husband and growing up poor.

good
his was a very good book but the performance ruined it. The recording sounds cut together with different voices and it's very poorly produced. If you want to read this I would recommend buying the actual book, not downloading this recording.
