Excellent Book 📚
This is a beautiful book. We all at some point will reach an old age which will be difficult to keep our bones strong. This audiobook does teach you how to improve strength, energy and to balance your life. I do not fear the after life because I believe in God and I know where I will be with confidence. The reason I purchased this audiobook is to teach me to live longer and get tips to stay active the right way. I love the narrator.
