Special ops/second chance romance

Loved the story and the narrator! Matt and Evie are childhood friends. After an awkward moment when Evie is 16 and Matt leaves town, there friendship is over, until Matt and Evie find themselves back in their small town tangled up in events that throw them back together!!! Fun, suspenseful and steamy!
