Favourite book of the series

I really liked this book. I’m love baseball, so maybe that’s part of why I loved the story so much! It had great, complex characters. Dealing with their own issues and coming together to help each other.

it was ok

I really had trouble believing in this couple. I mean by the end you do I guess but it's almost too perfect.
The male narrator was good but the woman sometimes sounded robotic, or without any emotion, as if she was just reading.
I will say that the sex scenes were very hot, but sometimes bordered on more porn-like. and I mean the junk porn just made for men. I'm used to romance novels centering a female perspective and gaze but a lot of these were from the man's POV and it was just a bit cringe.
