Très intéressant

vraiment un très bon livre ou on apprend bcp. pas juste l'expérience de cette dame mais basé sur des études de médecins.

This book claims that Cilantro and olive oil will cleanse your body of metal toxicity

All I was looking for was a book on how to live a healthy vegetarian lifestyle. I wanted to know what foods to eat to ensure I obtain an adequate amount of nutrients without consuming meat.

I was extremely disappointed in the chapter on cleanses. Specifically, the claims that were being made about cleansing the body of toxic metals. I felt there were red flags popping up, but decided to overlook them. This I couldn’t ignore.

When this book claimed that a cilantro and olive oil cleanse could ride your body of toxic metals, I was appalled. Where is the scientific evidence to back this? I no longer have confidence in the information this book provides, and will not be finishing it.
