It's Good Refresher

Didn't mind it at all. Alot of the mindfulness techniques are in many books, but this was nicely summarized about how we use energy.

Good

Enjoyable, I did like it but it did feel a little long winded at points. But would recommend to anyone interested. Has some useful information, tips, and exercises to incorporate into daily life.

Very useful information

I have never listened to a book and loved the narrator as much as I did this time. Her voice, how she delivered the message plus the information she shared made this one of my all time favorites
