the concise overview of rational thinking

Brief and to the point. One of the renowned experts in the field of psychoterapy Albert Ellis is a gem of useful insights. I am recommending this book for all who are motivated to live happier and more fullfiling life. The book is rich with effective techniques, advice and, what is more important, with the examples of their practical implementation based on Dr Eliss' experience.
