Excellent resource for the Work

Ernest Holm Svenson had written an excellent book to help people do Byron Katie's work more effectively. He takes a scientific approach that nicely compliments Katie's more Buddhist approach.

Best step by step guide to the Work of Byron Katie

Clear step by step comprehensive review of the Byron Katie inquiry process, better than any others I’ve found so far. Especially valuable is the context he presents: how and why stories rule our lives, including the workings of the brain and memory.
