Severing a cherished relationship is one of the most painful experiences in life - and cutting those emotional ties to a loved one can feel almost like ending an addiction. Up till now, people recovering from other problems were able to get real help - like AA and rehab - while those struggling in the aftermath of traumatic breaks dealt with platitudes and friends insisting they should "get over it already". But now Exaholics Anonymous treats getting over an ex like kicking a chemical habit.

A Bible for Break-Ups!
This book changed my life! I was in the dumps after being dumped for the first time (at 32!) and thought I would never heal. The authors in depth knowledge of grief, relationships and personal growth was tremendous. The exercises she recommended were simple to follow and life altering. I finished the book with more self confidence, a strategy to move forward and overall I feel more equipped to deal with difficult situations in the future.
Highly, highly recommend. P.S Now I have an amazing boyfriend and am loving life. Thanks for the much needed help!

Very helpful book!
This book really helped me during the initial stages of my breakup. It helped me navigate through my grief and refrain from doing things I most likely would have regretted. It is very well narrated and so relatable. I highly recommend it.

The only thing that helped
This book is LITERALLY the only thing in the world that helped me get through my horrible breakup and get to the other side, as impossible as that seemed at times.
I am eternally grateful to the author!
