98% of book is about the raw vegan diet

This was VERY disappointing and I wish I could return it, even though I paid $4.00 for it. There is one small piece on using cayenne pepper for the reduction of hemorrhoids. The rest is about eating a raw vegan diet. So basically 2-3 minutes on cayenne pepper and the remainder on why eating raw vegan is good for you and the planet. Very misleading and very disappointing.
