Excellent!

Very informative & helpful : )
It's a much needed road map for restoring ones health and I'm encouraged to get off the diet wagon for good & in time, be naturally slim : )

Excellent book. So-so narration

The book is excellent as it opens up a new world of ideas and research about nutrition.

Midwestern narrator is clunky, and mispronounces a lot of technical terms, and even not so technical terms like the word "expenditure" for example, which a narrator should be able to pronounce without problems.

Great book, great author, poor narration

So much great info in this book. Kate Deering ties so much together to create a holistic offering for people on a gut/metabolism healing journey. I wish I found this book sooner.

The narration did not fit the content very well. Poor pronunciation and a tone that gives the content more of a hokey/fogey feel.
