Read this if you wish to live in the present!
Ernest has taken his knowledge and practice of the Work of Byron Katie and developed a method that helps us become lovers of the present. Once you start the process, you will be amazed how much time that stories of past and present dominate your thoughts. Ernest explains why this happens and how it is a totally understandable adaption to our particular circumstances. But it is also be the cause of much of our anxiety, fear and depression. His understanding of the scientific principles that lead us to being wrapped up in our stories is compelling. I strongly recommend you read his book, How to End the Stories that Screw Up Your Life, as well. The title cannot make it any clearer.
