About this listen

A steamy, laugh-out-loud romantic comedy about mistakes we make and the chances we take on the road to love.

After a snowstorm grounds her flight, Lucy makes a last-ditch effort to get home for Christmas using a rideshare app. She thinks she’ll be taking a road trip with a stranger...but the guy who shows up is someone she knows all too well. He’s the hookup she ghosted a few months ago, and now she’ll be stuck in a car with him for the most awkward road trip of her life.

Making matters worse, he’s even more gorgeous than she remembers—too bad things between them are frostier than the North Pole. Will the long ride home allow them to get to know each other in surprising new ways? And more importantly, will the season warm things up and send sparks flying yet again? Whatever happens, one thing is clear: It’s going to take a whole lot of Christmas magic to unlock their guarded hearts.

Super cute holiday book

This was a super cute, funny, lighthearted, holiday book!

They met for a random hookup on a dating app after thanksgiving then ghosted him.

Then just before Christmas when flights were cancelled she was matched up with him again for a ride share heading the same way for Christmas.

Then after an accident they end up in the country’s cutest or tacky depending on your style small town. They are stuck together for multiple days rekindling what they started at thanksgiving.

It’s was full of laughs and some spice. Very cute!

Can I move to Tinsel?

This was a seriously sweet book! It was so funny and charming. Perfect for before Christmas. If you're looking for something cozy and heartwarming, look no further. It also as a very light sprinkle of spice... which was unexpected but absolutely welcomed. Loved it.

Perfect Christmas story with the best narration

The story was as cheesy as it gets, but perfect in its own way for a Christmas romance. I LOVED the narration. Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke are some of the best narrators. I’ve listened to so many of their audible recordings. They really get each story and are able to give the best experience to the listeners.

Basically, it’s a Hallmark

Depends on your tolerance for Hallmark movies in audiobook form - the story is cute if a little predictable But I definitely enjoyed some of the other characters they threw into the mix - I found the guy narrator, a little irritating not that he was bad. It’s just for me. I didn’t jive with his tone of voice. Overall, if you like Hallmark, you’ll probably enjoy this.

Super cute

Super cute story. I love Andi's performances. I didn't love how they used different voices for the characters depending on who was narrating though

A great holiday book by aj Pine.

Find yourself once more in the magical christmas town of Tinsel. Where or two characters get a little push from santa to go all in in their new found relationship!

🎙️ 4.5/5 two wonderful voice actors reading this book. I was surprised to hear the voice of JasonClarke has Eric an illustartor. His voice so rough and rustic always making me think of an army ranger or a grumpy lumberjack! It was intresting to hear all the different voices he was able to creat to represent all the other characters. Andi Arndt is a new voice actor for me amd so far im loving her work! Her voice is clear, lots of emotions ans great versatility to represent all different characters!

🌶️ 3/5 this book got a little steamy!! Already at chapter 2 we get a good glimps of whats to expect in this book. The spice was good and just enough to be left wanting a little more.

📚 3,75/5 Overall i would give this book almost 4 stars. Its cozy, theres cheesy christmas spirit. I would of like to see a different kind of baking contest or holiday activity then “not another christmas rom com” . But you will fall in love with Lucy and Eric! I found myself roothing for them from a to z. This book is the perfect cozy spicy Xmas read 😋
