À propos de cet audio
How to make male friends...as a grown-ass man!
When you were young, for a male to make friends with another male was pretty damn simple - you walked up to them and asked them to be your friend. Try that as an adult and you will get some very strange looks!
With this audiobook, best-selling author and speaker Ben D. Ingham has successfully unlocked the code and made it so much easier to make and keep male friendships.
Topics covered include:
- Male friendships 101: the key?
- Finding friends and keeping them as an adult
- How to actually meet new buds as an adult
- Effortless small talk and banter
- The key to asking to hang out
- The rules of male mates
- Dealing with social situations
- Moving from virtual friends to IRL
- Break down the barrier, smash the glass wall
- And so much more!
“The perfect guide for any guy living in these modern times. Everything is broken into easy to understand sections, making a once difficult and awkward situation so much easier.” (Colin Timberlake, Cal Magazine)

Short but with some good info
Frankly I barely was able to get through first chapter, as for such a short book, I don't care about friendship dynamics between Joey and Chandler from Friends or Dumb & dumber characters. Having entire chapter of filler seemed like a waste, but author redeemed himself plenty - there was some common sense but also solid advice. What pleasantly surprised me is that author went into toxic gender role patterns that men sometimes show and how to be emotionally aware, so you can share that with your friends and get the support or deeper level of friendship. Its short and barely enough to get started on that path - its a huge subject on its own, but I am very happy that it got included!
