Audio needs to be re-recorded

Volume varies so much. Within the same sentence it is loud and quiet in many places, up and down. Content is valuable, but recording quality sucks. Re-record it please.

Sales training starts here.

Anybody serious about sales training will want to start here. Listen to it intently, and find ways to put these classic techniques into action. The audiobook version is great and can be listened to anytime, especially in preparation for the respective situation as a calming review. This book is easy on the ears, and very applicable today as it was 30 years ago. Thank you Mr. Hopkins.
