Actually very good

I have listened to a lot of books in the field of influence and negotiation, but genuinely, this is by far the best I have come across.

No filler or fluff here, just very good solid useful information right from the start.

Loved the real life case studies showing how people handled different situations.

Narration was clear, engaging and well produced.
