More of a practical tips list

As the title says, this is more of a practical "to do list" and various common sense tips I suspect most travellers would already know (arrive at the airport 2 hours prior etc.) Also a listing and brief description of other tools, apps, therapies to go to if further help is needed. Not sure how it may help someone who actually needs to overcome fear of flying (for example, chapter 7 - in flight relaxation techniques; is a brief explanation but not an actual meditation session). Unfortunately did nothing for me.
