Great Explanations of Many Different Aspects
Thanks Tim, felt like a great review of what I learned in college (chefs training and hotel/restaurant management). Plus covered a lot of current things like social media advertising. Was a great listen, hopefully can get some of these put in place and grow the restaurant I currently manage.
