Just like a Procrastinator
The book overall was alright, it felt like talking to a person giving their personal advice. It is written in a very formal tone and definitely somewhat engaging.
If you're a person looking for quick solution and don't like listening to scientific facts and biographies of famous people, this book could be for you. A lot of short quotes are used seemlessly throughout the book, but there are almost no references of resources he has researched.

Helpful and useful
Got as much from this for my personal life as I did my work career. Useful, easy to understand and some great ways of explaining points.

Some Helpful Tips
This book will not reinvent the wheel for you. Most of what you'll find here is common sense. Even so, this book is worth reading to pick up a few strategies to help you deal with procrastination. One that stuck out to me was going to a new and unfamiliar environment to work. He also advises frequent breaks to maximize productivity. I have been trying these out, and they seem to have some benefit to this chronic procrastinator.

good temporary solution
I like the book but it is full of patches and not solutions, it basically says to accept procrastination and learn how to live with it instead of getting rid of it
