Good intro backpacking / camping book
This is a well organized, quick listen book that touches on a lot of basic information that will build the foundation for anyone getting into backpacking and / or backcountry camping. It's quite entry level but it does say "first trip" in the title so that's who it's catered to and they did well to that. Good listen overall.

Nice straightforward intro
But audible version lacks the appendices (eg., checklists) that would make it more practical. Buy the hard copy.
