Breathtaking story for WWII enthusiasts

I read this book in Hebrew during my service in the Israeli Defense Forces some 12 years ago, and was very happy to find it on Audible.

Wonderfully written and performed. I love that the narrator does his best to use accurate pronunciation from the original language of the word, whether it's Hebrew, German, Spanish, or French.

Highly recommended

Lots of information, difficult to digest sometimes, but all the small details of the true story are said. We really feel like we've seen the movie in front of us.
