Nothing sucks more than losing your humanity in a government experiment. Now I’m something different, something special, and everyone wants a piece of me. Go ahead, give it a try, but don’t be shocked when I turn the tables and try to steal your soul because I am so very, very hungry....

But I don’t want to eat everyone I meet. At least not in a bad way. I know Simon, a big, beastly shifter, and his buddy Gene, an actual djinn living in a bottle, are after more than just my lusty bod. They want to offer me love. How crazy is that?

Maybe I’ll give it a try if I manage to survive the prophecy - you know, the one that says I might just change the world.

This story line is very predictable. The conversations seem too simple minded and the characters are very simpleton making it difficult for me to feel the characters.
The narrator, read smoothly an changed her voice for each character but not enough for me to like the story or relate to any of the characters.

Cute but Cheesy

The story was okay but it didn't engage me like a lot of other audiobooks and it took me a while to finish it. I found the steamy scenes incredibly corny; the amount of adjectives and sex euphemisms were a bit over-the-top for me

Took me longer to finish than other audiobooks
