Great course
Very practical and useful, covers lots of general birth info content as well to help you make decisions. Only wish it came with supplementary PDF worksheet, and the anaesthesia free birth audio track. Since I'm visual, I purchased the manual, and extra track, on hypnobirthing hub . com

an incredible way to welcome a natural birth!
if you are looking for a complete guide on pregnancy and labour, and a guide into hypno birthing, this is the book for you. It is deeply empowering and helps you realize your inner strength. Loved it and cant wait to practice the techniques on my birthing day.

Dont Purchase from Audible
Purchasing from audible only gets you the audiobook. It does not get you access to any of the resources on the website. I personally found the website to be very confusing to navigate and had a hard time accessing the few resources that were free. I also found the narrater to be very annoying, emphasizing the wrong words in sentences and found a lot of the information to be repetitive. Personally not a fan of all the personal stories and anecdotes scattered throughout.

Prepped for a natural home birth
Absolutely recommend! I listened to this twice and it really helped reframe my mind and prepare for a natural home birth. I used many of the techniques during my labor and felt calm and confident the entire time!

Love it!
Love this audiobook, it opened my eyes to understand the mother to be process, it helped me to keep calm and expect the best of this journey. I highly recomend it.

Couldn’t handle the narrator
The content seems good (I read 1/4), although I would appreciate a more concentrated read. However I ended up stopping as I found the narrator (who is the author) grading to listen too. At some point she just needed a drink of water, but overall just not a narrators voice.
