The instructions state that you must read the booklet to be successful but I did not receive this with my purchase. Very disappointed.

Love the voices.

starting this journey
Do first I was not sure where to find the pdf, but eventually I found it in the chapters section. I read it and followed the intructions. it took about a week to listen to the actual hypnosis. I have noticed I am eating less and feeling full more regularly. so far I am liking it. I will update you all in a month. I am currently 271 lbs.
Well I am down 10 .2 lbs, and I have been doing g 15 minute cardio videos from YouTube. something I never did before. will update again in a month.

worked for me so far
I had a little bit of an over eating issue .I started this on a Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday I have eaten 3 very small meals and even my drinks (i mix ice and water in a blender) are taking a long time to sip .He is not my first try at this but this man is the only one that seems to be able to get me hypnotized. Before him I thought i was too stupid to be able to be .He has so far helped me quit smoking months ago and i knew if i wanted help with eating he was the one to go to .I will also be buying his self confidence one after this .

Poor Audio
This audio is supposed to be "in stereo" meaning different messages are provided via each of your listening ears, and it can be really great when well-done. Paul evens says during the recording that it is "in stereo" but in fact, it is now. And Paul McKenna's company which distributes these recordings, are of no help at all, they don't even seem to respond to customers. I do not recommend this version of the recording.
