another good listen
I think what I like most about the Eve Dallas stories is her brashness and her hubby's no-nonsense attitude. This title was on sale and I purchased it because I enjoyed my first book in this series so much and I am very glad I did. I suspected the killer but wasn't 100% sure until close to the reveal so I was able to enjoy the story without it starting to bore.
I definitely recommend this book to those who like suspense novels.

I didn't see that coming.
This book of JD Robbs kept me guessing to the end. There were a number of other story lines beside the murders. Dallas's character was continued as it has been set up as in other books in this series. Getting to see how she handled all the wedding details added another interesting twist. I suggest reading or listening to all the 'In Death' series from the start. we get to know quite a number of Eve Dallas's friends and cop community an enjoyable read❣

It's fine
It's a fine book; a good background story as you go about your day.
The characters and their side stories are interesting.
The Performer has been steadily getting better and better with each book.
