What appears to be a run-of-the-mill spat between spouses at the Stop & Shop is revealed to be a defining moment of a marriage years in decline and a chance for two people to make sense of their complicated past.

Best thing heard on Audible in a while.
Super weird premis and I almost bailed on it in the first few minutes, because… why?!?? But it. is. so. good. I don’t even want to give any of it away. I was just not expecting that kind of ride. 11/10. And it’s just an hour.

wonderful snapshot of a long marriage
I laughed and cried, so well done. anyone in a long marriage should see some resemblances. short and sweet and wonderfully done. I want get my husband to listen to it. when will there be more?
