Essential for Peer Support Workers
I am a peer support worker who has recently moved into a program management position, and I picked this up to give myself a good reminder of how to stay aligned with my peer support values while navigating this new positing amongst my team (we are huge Shery Mead fans!!). I am grateful to have this in my library so that I can return to it whenever I'm feeling unsure about being true to my values and the principles that I so strongly believe in. Thank you for the lovely narration, allowing this book to be available in an audio form provides additional accessibility!
