Good overview

Good overview of intergenerational trauma. If you’re looking for some basic information, this is a really good option to get it, particularly because, from what I can tell, there isn’t much on audible about intergenerational trauma. I’m very intrigued about what this is, exactly ... my guess is that it’s a masters-level paper. But don’t let that put you off - it’s not a difficult listen (except that the narrator mispronounces ‘cognitive’ on the regular, which you’ll just have to put up with).
