Made fasting easy and fit my life

This book made intermittent fasting easy to understand and follow, especially for women like me who are over 50 and dealing with hormone changes. I loved how it gave practical advice on managing hunger and included simple meal ideas that didn’t take much effort. The tips on how to navigate social situations while fasting were super helpful too. I like how it gives an overview of many different examples of IF, which gives you a way to choose a program that fits your schedule. I've tried IF before with some success and now I am determined to keep at it!
