Excellent advice!
The narrator did a fantastic job conveying the subject matter... what could have been very dry and boring was very enjoyable to listen to. There is a lot of information and ideas to digest in this book, and so many very well thought out examples. I will definitely be listening to this book again in the coming months. I would recommend this book to ANYONE working in/with UX or thinking about doing so!

An Unexpected Finding
I really liked this audiobook. It answered questions I had related to the pertinence of usability testing and reinforced masterfully Don Norman's legacy. Most importantly, it exposed my flaws as a designer and showed me a very logical way to work on them.
My only recommendation is to consider that when the author talks about affordances, sometimes he mixes this concept with signifiers. This problem is common and has a logical explanation because signifiers is a new concept introduced by Don Norman in the latest edition of The Design of Every Day Things.
