Mostly fluff, interesting perspective
Narrator is just a radio show type podcast so the audio is not great. I was hoping for some actual hard facts on shamanism, looking to understand the topic further, and what I felt I got was a strangely elitist commentary on who is worthy of shamanism. Interesting perspective, still enjoyed it, but I felt the weird undercurrent of a self absorbed vibe was distracting.
