About this listen
In It's Not about the Coffee, Behar outlines his simple yet effective approach to success: focus on people over profits. He offers 10 fundamental leadership lessons we all need to practice as well as preach everyday, including clarity of purpose, listening, truth telling, accountability, and persistence. Pretty good
Short and snappy, pretty informative. A particular slice of Starbucks, from the lens of a leadership philosophy. Lots of insights into why Starbucks does things the way they do. Leaders will get lots of useful tidbits. Former retail employees like myself will enjoy the peeks behind the scenes.

What a journey!
This was one of the best books on leadership I have ever listened to. So many lessons to be learned from this.
