The joy of breating

Dan's enthusiasm is infectious and this book got me loving the act of breathing again. It covered many, many breathing techniques. Very valuable book.

Great listen!

The audiobook version was great because I could breathe along while he read. I think this is a must read book for anyone interested in health, fitness, mindfulness, spirituality, etc.

Lots of info, and I’m considering purchasing in print just to be able to reference some of the important exercises.

Serious waste of time

First few chapters were more ego centric…. I dont care to read ‘Dan Brule’s’ autobiography by Dan himself. Later followed by the work of MDs whose books are far more useful. Didn’t bother reading the rest.
