The story line was good and I thought it would a fun and easy “read” (or rather, “listen”). And though the story was good, and I did enjoy the actress’s voice of the female lead, for some reason I found the voice used for the male lead not as engaging. Because of this, I found, for me, it took away from the story and the joy in listening. I did finish the book so it hooked me enough to keep listening but overall I did not find it o rely enjoyable.
