About this listen
Achieve optimum workflow!
Increase productivity and efficiency!
Reduce wasted time!
Kanban is not a new, fancy software system promising to bring you big results with complicated algorithms. It is not a complicated process with time-intensive meetings and costly activities. Kanban is a simple process developed in the early 1900s and re-defined in the 1950s when Toyota took notice. Since then, it has taken the world by storm, only to take a few blows to the chin when some organizations struggled to make it work. It is true; not all industries or businesses thrive using Kanban, but maybe it is not always Kanban's fault. After all, implementing a seemingly straightforward process is not always straightforward.
You have probably picked up this book because you have a problem. The problem may be small, like wanting to improve efficiency, or big, like trying to stop overspending on inventory that goes to waste. But no matter what your problem is, Kanban can offer a solution, as long as it fits with your needs and you implement it with a clear and defined strategy. That is where this book will guide you.
Dive into the basics of Kanban, learning the history and terminology of one of the oldest agile project management methods still in use today. Discover the application of its principles and practices in industries like manufacturing, software development, and healthcare, among others. Learn how to introduce Kanban to your organization and how to start it off on the "right foot". Follow the checklists to make sure your boards are "good", uncover the tips to making the most out of the Kanban tools and compare different management solutions to find the best fit for you.
Inside you will learn:
- The current status of Kanban
- How to utilize the Kanban process
- Applying Kanban

Performance not amazing, sorry
Apologies to the narrator, but this narration was so robotic that I honestly thought at times it was being read by a Google audio translation service. And because of this, I found the book hard to comprehend. Hence, I didn't get a lot our of this book.
