doesn't lend well as an audio book

a physical book with recipes you can browse through and come back to is likely great in this case. intermittent fasting book was engaging and narrated competently. keto however quickly becomes an uninspired reading of macros and ingredients, jumping from one food to another aimlessly. unsure why this is an audio book, I appreciate it is a 2 in 1, and while it gives a great overview of both if and keto, it will likely lose you as well in recipe recitals
