Disappointing

This title was disappointing to say the least. I have so many unanswered questions, regarding the Keto lifestyle as applied to maturing women. Many missed opportunities to talk how and why this diet/lifestyle aids with disease prevention, weight loss and our unique physiological changes. It instead rattles off too many step by step recipes which should have been just included as an accompanying PDF. I wish I could get my credit back. Don’t waste your time on this title if you’re hoping to gain any insight into how Keto is unique to women over 30.
