A book about the WHY of Keto for migraine
I liked understanding why keto can help relieve migraines. For someone new to Keto, like myself, it helps get an understanding of what is happening in the body when getting into keto.
I disliked the claiming of scientific studies with little evidence explanation (eg. "More people not on keto died over a period of time". Died of what? How is it connected??), or allusions meant to distrust the medical community without actual backing up of ideas. ("You can guess what they mean...")
Finally, any one claiming a miracle should be a red flag. Can keto help? Probably. But 'miracles' sell like snake oil, and should be carefully examined when used to sell an idea.
